Apply for short-term rental registration number

To apply for the short- term rental registration number, you must have the following documents:

• Copy of the property deeds or nota simple registral (property registry extract).
• Copy of the owner’s DNI (NIE or Passport).
• In the case of tourist accommodation:
  • Document proving the registration of the tourist accommodation in the autonomous community.
